Missing a week

When you break it down missing a week of training is not the end of the world, even though it may feel like it. A lot of personal trainers will tell you to exercise 7 days a week, every week. This is not sustainable, here at Surrey Mobile Personal Trainers we swear by rest days, if that be 2 days on and 1 day off.


Your body is achieving your results while resting and eating a sufficient diet, as a personal trainer in Epsom we strive to get our clients a healthy exercise routine as well as diet and rest days.
